Spritz (Alcohol Free, 2022)

A composited image built from almost two dozen separate bubble clusters, shot in my East London studio, Spritz is a joyous, celebratory cacophony of effervescence and … pink. The colour of the background lies perfectly between Neon Intensity and Classy Exuberance. The Spritz print was a real joy to make – and I hope it brings joy to any colour-lover's home and life. Print: Fuji Matt 230gsm archival paper Spritz recipe: 25ml Campari or Cynar (or Aecorn Bitter for a non-alcoholic version) 50ml Prosecco 25ml sparkling water Pour into an ice-filled glass. Stir lightly, garnish with a large green olive or twist of orange peel. Consume at, before or after sundown.
