Your right to cancel

As a UK consumer buying online, you have 14 days from the day you receive your order to change your mind and cancel, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. Just email mail@addiechinn.com to let me know.

Sending it back

Once you've told me you'd like to return something, you have a further 14 days to send it back. The item needs to come back in the condition you received it — well-packaged, as these are original artworks and prints. You'll need to cover return postage unless the item arrived faulty or damaged.

Refunds

Once I've received the returned item, I'll refund the full purchase price (including original postage) within 14 days, to your original payment method.

If something arrives damaged

Please email photos to mail@addiechinn.com as soon as possible after delivery. I'll arrange a replacement where possible, or a full refund including postage.

One-of-a-kind pieces

Paintings and Miniatures are unique, unrepeatable pieces — if you return one, that exact piece won't be available again. Photograph prints are limited editions but can be reprinted within their edition size.
