Addie is a London-based photographer and artist, creating trend-defining visuals for the world’s leading drink brands, venues and authors.
Defined by rich texture and eye-catching colour, his images are luxurious but accessible, delivering consistent libraries of commercial work that draw consumers into your brand world.
Based in East London, Addie can offer a full production solution: an affordably priced still-life studio, experienced liquid and set stylists, and in-house retouching. He works directly with brands, bars and publications to develop briefs and art direction; as well as collaboratively with creative or marketing agencies delivering to spec. He is comfortable both in-studio and on location, covering everything from OOH campaigns to social media content. Briefs of all sizes are welcome.
With over 13 published books and a career spent almost entirely inside the drinks industry — as bartender, copywriter, journalist, brand strategist, and photographer — Addie brings an unusual fluency to his work. He also has the (unproven) suspicion that he has photographed more distilleries than any other professional photographer in the world.
Beyond his commercial work, Addie’s ink paintings and art photography hang in the homes of journalists, authors and bar professionals worldwide. He is also an experienced speaker on topics such as creativity in the age of AI & Social Media, and history & trends in drink photography & advertising.
