Who this is

This site is run by Addie Chinn, a sole trader based in the UK. If you have any questions about your data, email mail@addiechinn.com.

What I collect

When you buy something from the shop, checkout is handled by Stripe. Depending on the item, I receive:

• Your name and email address
• Your shipping address and phone number
• Whether you opted in to hear about new work

I never see or store your card details — Stripe handles payment directly and securely.

How I use it

To fulfil and ship your order, to contact you if there's a problem with it, and — only if you opted in at checkout — to occasionally email you about new paintings, prints, or miniatures.

Who I share it with

Stripe, to process payment. For Photograph prints, shipping details are shared with The Printspace to fulfil printing and delivery. I don't sell or share your data with anyone else.

Cookies

This site doesn't use tracking or analytics cookies. Stripe's checkout page may set its own cookies while you pay — that's covered by Stripe's own privacy policy.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR, you can ask me to show you what data I hold on you, correct it, or delete it. Email mail@addiechinn.com and I'll sort it out.
