With almost a decade’s experience, his clients include brands and venues from around the world – both niche independents and the market-leading Big Names.

Addie has photographed 11 food and drink books, including Tristan Stephenson's Curious Bartender series, Tony Conigliaro's Drinks & 69 Colebrooke Row, the Twin Peaks cookbook Damn Fine Cherry Pie, and the Experimental Cocktail Club's eponymous volume. He also provides photographic workshops and trend presentations to brands, bars and agencies.
